Dr. Smt. Veena Biradar born in Naragund, Gadag District. She completed primary to Degree Education in Naragund. She working as a Lecturer in a private college in the year 2010. Her husband, Dr. S. B. Gadi, is a Professor – Botany Department at JSS Arts, Science and Commerce College. Her son, Kumar Prateek Gadi, is studying BE in the Department of Electronics and Communication at SDM Engineering College, Dharwad.
Academic Achievements:
- Got 14th Rank to the State in the SSLC Board Examination and First Rank in Taluk.
- Got 12th Rank to the State in PU Karnataka Board Examination.
- BA Gold Medallist and Secured the First Rank for the Karnataka University.
- MA – Secured the First Rank for the Karnataka University.
- B.Ed. Six Gold Medals and First Rank for Karnataka University
- Ph.D. from Karnataka University. Topic: Economic Growth in Bijapur District ‘Earlier to 1336AD’
- KSET from UGC- Mysore University.
- She has written many articles and have been published in National and International Research Journals.

Founder of Institutions
- In 2017-18, she started her own college “Shri Sai Science and Commerce College” at Dharwad, where education is not commercial, thereby brightening the future of children. In the year 2021-22. 250 students studing in the college and have achieved many ranks. The college is considered as one of the best colleges noted for discipline, personalized care the developing of leadership qualities, personality and overall development of the students along with the development of good moral values.
- She has set up two organizations for youth and society i.e., “Hombelaku Foundation” and “Sankalpa Youth Vedike” to serve society. Students are the focal point of all her endeavor.
- The “Shri Sai Super Kids Pre-Primary School”, that was started in 2019-20, is another initiative to teach and develop our culture in the children. This is another feather in her cap. The sole aim of this is to plant our rich culture among children. among
